Arrayent, a top IoT platform provider, announced Monday that it will join the lineup at the upcoming CONNECTIONS Summit at Consumer Electronic Show (CES). The company’s main focus will be interoperability of Smart Home products.
William Oget, Arrayent’s vice president, will take center stage to discuss Smart Technology and functionality, in attempt to entice customers to evolve their connected devices by enabling cloud-to-cloud interoperability with major ecosystems. Oget will be featured on the panel “IoT and Smart Home: Seamless Interoperability” on January 5, 2017 from 1:15 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Far-field voice recognition will be a key topic, featuring Amazon’s Alexa voice service. According to Parks Associates, nearly 40 percent of American smartphone owners utilize voice recognition software, which increases to 46 percent among millennial. This new technology provides consumers with a unique way to interact with their network-connected products.
Arrayent will also unveil a new series of EcoAdaptors that provide effortless compatibility between their customer’s Smart Home products and major ecosystems through interoperability. The company’s EcoAdaptors support Nest, Maytag, Whirlpool, Pentair, Chamberlain-LiftMaster, OSRAM-Sylvania, Salus, Braeburn and Schumacher products, with plans to add 65 more products in the future.
